10 minutes on Driving Pressure – Where are we now?

This week I came across this recent paper by Bugedo et al., which looks at the current scope of evidence for driving pressure in patients with ARDS and suggests how we can incorporate what we already know into their management…. without forgetting that we don’t yet have firm evidence for driving pressure as a primary goal.

My main learning points are summarised below and as always, comments and clarifications welcome!
